We will also take a look at the compensation plan and determine whether this is a scam or not.

Pure Leverage is a fairly new deal but Joel Therien is no stranger to internet marketing and has a good reputation as far as we know.

PureLeverage Products

The product package is impressive which includes:

Autoresponder system with lead capture pages as well as online video conference similar to the better known ones.

System for generating traffic and an authority blogging platform similar to Empower Network

Coaching program that Joel Therien leads as well as a Video email service.

As you can see in our Pure Leverage Review this product package includes a lot of products when used can really help any internet business.

Compensation Plan

The Pure Leverage pay plan consist of:

You are paid one hundred per cent commissions the first month on your sales and fifty percent on direct referrals after that.
You are also paid fifty per cent on all your direct referrals sales as well which can add up rather quickly.

As long as your downline stays in Pure Leverage and continues to pay the monthly fee you will be in good shape.
As with any program retention is a problem if they are interested in only making money and not actually using the products them selves.

Cost

The price for the Pure Leverage package is 24.95 a month which is a bargain for all you get here. The autoresponder alone is worth the price not counting all the other tools you receive.

If purchased separately the cost of these products can easily exceed one hundred dollars monthly or more.

Is Pure Leverage a Scam?

In our opinion we say no.

Joel Therien has a really good reputation online and we have never heard anything bad about him or any of his products.

One thing you have to remember is no matter how good a products potential is, it is not worth a darn if you don’t educate yourself and use the products.

With that being said we will conclude our Pure Leverage Review by saying that no matter your experience from newbie to experienced marketer this is a good set of tools to add to your toolbox

Until next time,

  1. First off let me say I am a member of Pure Leverage. Why did I join? Because they have a set of tools that I use everyday and there is the potential for getting the tools free. I have used Aweber for years and do not plan on letting it go. I quit recommending Aweber because for a little less money I can get a whole lot more from Pure Leverage.

The plus side is that with just a little bit of effort using Pure Leverage splash pages it is now free and putting money in my bank while I am still using the tools. I personally do not care if a green monkey owned the site as long as it does what it says it will do.

The bad part is if you sign up for it and do not use the tools often or recruit until it is free, then you are just making a donation to Joel and I doubt if he will thank you for it.

My point of view is if it is just another program to join and your not going to promote or use it save your money.

If you are going to use it and put in the work to recruit I know from my experience that it works.

So I will get off my soapbox now but you asked for my opinion and there it is.

  2. Joined did all the instructions promoted and wala. Asked for help. Wala.

I was a member of PureLeverage for a while. Everyone that I recruited found the tools to be too complicated to understand and use and they would quit after a month or so. But the big players with their huge lists who got in before the public made out like a bandit just like they always do with programs like this. My advice is, if you’re thinking about joining PL or any huge program launch, you have to 1) get in early and 2) work it like your life depended on it or else you don’t stand a chance against all the competition especially the big players.

I have personally never used this program, but from what it sounds like to me, is you have to recruit and get referrals, which is, in a nutshell, MLM!
If you really want to get into MLM, there are many free MLM Programs, and you don’t have to pay for it at all, and if you work your butt off, you will paid. So, yes, in my opinion, you are pretty much donating to this person.
Also, I want to add that there are, in fact, FREE auto-responders out there! If you go to my site- findworkonline.net ,you can click on the link for the one I have right on my site. (I have JUST started to completely rebuild it), but I do offer a lot of free ways to make money, and market your products, or sites online, and scams to watch out for, plus I will be adding so many different things such as tutorials on different marketing techniques, how to build a site, and marketing it, contests, etc…
I will also be launching a new product with step by step help for newbies, And people that want to take their business to the next level in the future. So I have something to offer Everyone! For now, as I am building the site, I am sending out different business opps, marketing tips, methods, and strategies, Different scams to watch out for, contests, when the site has been updated with something great, places to find legitimate work online, different ways to make money, extra money, and so much more, along with everything I have stated above.
It doesn’t cost anything at all to sign up to my site, and get exclusive things that ONLY my subscribers get, (that sometimes won’t even be on my site), and you will get all kinds of tutorials, and opportunities sent your way. I do this because I want to reward everyone who signs up with me. Not only that, but if you are having trouble with something on my site, or something I email to you, I am here to help in any way I can. I have a link right on my site, after you sign up, and confirm your subscription, to contact me. If for some reason, I can’t help with something I am promoting, I will let you know, and not just leave you standing in the dark. Just be sure that if you have a question, or problem, go into as much detail as possible. (Also, just a note, I do my research before putting anything on my site! There are times that I will find only a lot of positive things, and cannot find anything negative, and then I want to hear from people if it is, in fact a Scam, so I can warn others.
So all in all, in my opinion, If it’s confusing to those who are new, and if it is, in fact, a reputable product, (especially if you have to pay for it), it should have some kind of support, or in-depth tutorials to go along with it. Not only that, but this does sound like some kind of MLM program, and MLM (from what I hear), is phasing out. I’m not trying to sound like a negative Nancy, I’m just being real. Another thing I want to add is that even if you do your research on an MLM Program, everyone who pays for it, is going to be promoting it in the most positive way, and it will be hard to find out if it is, in fact, a scam or not, especially if it’s new. I say “stay away from MLM”, but again, that’s just my opinion. You won’t find out if it was a scam or not until you find those people, like “Penny” stated above, are confused, have to get in early, and work like your life depends on it. For some people, they pay for this sort of thing, and their life does depend on it! I absolutely hate programs like that with no support, and only out to make a quick buck, and once they get their money, they are done with you! Especially when people like me, (very few and far between), work their butt off just to be able to say, “I helped people today!” and the money I make is just an extra bonus. Just like any successful business, you have to have good customer service, and then the money will come. Not just skip to the money part. There are steps to be taken in growing a successful business, and it sounds like this program doesn’t take those steps. Like I said, I never tried this product, but from what I have heard so far, I would steer clear.

    Hi Charles and Susan,
No I quit about 8 months ago. I already had an autoresponder before I joined, and since the attrition rate was so high, I couldn’t justify paying both monthly affiliate fees and membership fees for tools I already had and not earn the commissions to cover the costs. When your spending out more than you’re earning month after month, it’s time to move on.

I joined Pure Leverage, watched every video, watched every live broadcast by Joel, contacted live help. sent tickets in, all asking for help, as i did not understand, I couldn’t get any help so i cancelled my subscription however, GOTBACKUP is in pre-launch, it is easy to understand and sell. it pays 100% in month 1 then 50% for each and every month the person keeps paying.

  7. Thanks for your request.

I did not require any help to understand GOTBACKUP, is so easy to understand, easy to promote, and easy to get people to join GOTBACKUP therefore, easy to make money with it. I am eagerly waiting for the launch.

I was a member for about 3 months and it is nothing but a total scam. Joel makes it sound like your going to make big bucks in his video’s but the only ones making money are him and his big dogs. He’s originally from Canada but he’s a disgrace to all Canadians for being a scammer.

  9. Joel is more than a figurehead – he is engaged ALWAYS with the members.

Joel, and the folks that surround him are people you get to Know, Like, and Trust. They have good solid products, excellent training and coaching, and back up the sale with an unconditional guarantee.

So, if this is a scam, bring it on. I’ve been a customer and a reseller for several years. I don’t feel that I have misjudged the value GVO/Pure Leverage/GotBackup products bring to MY business. Check out the corporate video 33:53 – “GotBackup Saved My Business” and maybe it will help you understand.
