This is a program to work with right now if you want to make it work for you. What happens with a cycler like this is that once new people stop signing up they can stall out. As you get affiliates under yourself, you can expect to make quite a bit of money back because they are going to invest in the system, you can cover your fees that you needed to pay to sign up with, and then the rest of a certain percentage will be yours once your affiliates start getting people to sign up. This goes on in a cycle, causing you to make more the more people under you are active.

This company was created by Terri Petty and she has worked on a few projects int he past. For reference, you can look up her project called Project 4 Freedom 2010 which returned about 400% of the investments people made. This didn’t work out for very long, but it did look promising. This company she’s working on now, Phoenix Power Rising, is something that has been worked on a little more and with more knowledge from her last projects so you know that it should be better than ever.

How do you get people to sign up under you? You have to let them know what they can expect in the way of benefits because you’re going to need about 77 of them to make a payment of $120 within your first month there to get the most money possible out of the system. If you want to try to max this out, you should make sure you have people that are willing to work with this on an email list. Make sure you have more than 77 helpers with the fee if possible because some of them are going to drop out at the last minute.

As with any system, it’s up to you to make it work. You can’t just pay into it and then expect to get a return. The more work you do with this, the more likely it is to make you money. While you can’t make unlimited cash with this kind of service because of what it is, you can keep making money while people are getting others to join. In other words, don’t make this a permanent thing for yourself, but do take advantage of it as soon as possible.

Should you look into Phoenix Power Rising? This is really up to you now that you know more about it. If you are confident you can get affiliates under you then it could be a very good way to make money.

I’m not trying to demean anybody but Terri Petty is a well known scam artist. I’ve been a member of Project 4 Freedom 2010 aka You Create Freedom Project from the very start trust me Terri Petty has received several $100000 thousand of dollars with not one member receiving one cent on these so-called bank trade deal. Now on to the question of Phoenix Power Rising this program Terri Petty restarted back up from it original inception back in 2012 ran out of steam (No new members sign-up) and the foundation members come from the “Project 4 Freedom 2010” membership base. Terri Petty got people to join Phoenix Power Rising with the mentioning of being “Pay It Forward” into the program by a benefactor which is Terri Petty! You see Terri Petty doesn’t have the money to Pay it Forward to all the people she told that will get the position provide if they pay her the money back. That why the website is not fully functional she need money to complete the website functional, security etc. Phoenix Power Rising members who already payed for the position has already gotten their accounts hacked with no funds showing into their account. They do not have the ability to withdraw any funds because Terri Petty doesn’t have the money to pay her members. Terri Petty is waiting for some bogus trade deal to happen so she can pay members. Just go and do your own research Google Terri Petty – Terri Petty scam, “Project 4 Freedom 2010” “Freedom Project Scam” you will get a list negative views of Terri Petty business dealing.

    • Hi Harold,

We have have heard some bad things about Terri Petty but we don’t know her.
If her program is a scam or a fraud, bad news travels a lot faster than good news.

      Just human nature.
Thank you so much for adding to the conversation.

      Best regards,
      Charles & Susan
